Foster joined M&T Bank in September 2022 as VP, Branch Manager. She began her banking career in 2002 with People’s United Bank. Joan has dedicated her 23 years to community service and financial education, with a strong focus on her hometown, Bridgeport. She has demonstrated a commitment to customers to enrich relationships and identify ways to connect them with financial resources. Joan has consistently demonstrated her passion for serving the community. She has been actively involved in various boards and nonprofit organizations, contributing her expertise to different areas and segments of the community. Presenter: Calvin Jones Calvin Jones II was born and raised in The Beardsley Terrace in Bridgeport, CT. He attended North Carolina A&T State University where he graduated with a B.S. in Marketing. Calvin began employment as a Retail Management trainee in May of 2007 for the hometown financial institution Peoples United Bank, which recently became M & T Bank. Between Peoples United and M&T, Calvin has served as Vice President and Branch Manager for 17 years. He carries the following licenses: Series 6, 63 Securities and State of CT Life and Health Insurance. Calvin owns a small business, Dual Concepts Cleaning Services LLC. He is frequently called upon to do Financial Education, College Prep and Life skills Presentations and Motivational Speaking all across Connecticut.
