Ingredients: 4 boiled diced white potatoes 2 hard boiled diced eggs 1/4 cup green onions 1/4 cup jalapeno 1/4 cup bell peppers 1/4 cup celery 1/4 cup white onions 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp red chili powder 2 tsp dijon mustard 2 tsp hot sauce 1/2 cup mayonnaise Method: 1. Mix together dijon mustard, hot sauce, and mayonnaise with a whisk. 2. Stir in all the veggies. 3. Add the potatoes and eggs and fold it in. 4. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. 5. Enjoy!
