PROJECT50. Day 11 to Day 20.
The first 10 days are about getting started.
The following days are about staying consistent & finding rhythm.
PROJECT50 isn’t about motivation. It’s about structure, discipline and showing up every single day. Training, work, routines, filming, building habits. The small things repeated daily start to build real momentum.
Some days feel great. Some days feel slow or boring. But those days count just as much.
Day by day.
Step by step.
What is PROJECT50?
I created P50 years ago as a framework to reset habits, build momentum and reconnect with consistency, physically, mentally and creatively. You dedicate yourself to a 50-day challenge where you commit to showing up every damn day. The goal is simple: build momentum and become a better version of yourself through consistent action.
Rules:
1. Wake up before 8 A.M.
2. Do your morning routine: 1h no distractions
3. Exercise for 1h a day
4. Read 10 pages a day
5. Dedicate 1h towards a new skill
6. Follow a healthy diet
7. Track your daily progress in a journal
