Assisted Sale Update | We DOUBLED This Tiny Kitchen! Full Kitchen Reveal

The kitchen transformation on our South Birmingham assisted sale is nearly complete! 🏠🔥 When we started, this was a small kitchen with two separate doorways, very little room for units and hardly anywhere for appliances. We removed the dividing wall, installed a steel and transformed it into a much larger open plan kitchen diner. Now we've managed to fit in a double oven, five burner hob, integrated washer dryer, under counter fridge and freezer, hidden internal drawers, integrated recycling bin and plenty of additional storage. We've also started laying the herringbone flooring through the downstairs and the new glazed pocket doors are in. These allow us to completely separate the kitchen from the living room when needed without taking up the space traditional French doors would. Outside, we're also squaring off the driveway to create better parking for two cars, with the garden transformation still to come. Next we're finishing the kitchen, decorating and then moving into the living room, hallway, stairs and landing. This one is getting very close now. It'll be on the market before you know it! 👀 Subscribe and follow the full assisted sale series to see the finished transformation and what happens when we eventually bring the property to market. #AssistedSale #PropertyRenovation #KitchenRenovation #BirminghamProperty #UrbanCreativeProperties
