Starting at the yellow-topped post denoting access to the wheelchair-accessible fishing area, complete one simple lap of the tarmac path around the lake, crossing three bridges, keeping the lake to the left at all times. For the second and third laps, after crossing the start line, bear right at the Y-junction, continue until a turn-around marked by a cone, before returning to the lake, crossing the bridge and running round the lake as before. In total you will cross nine bridges, before finishing in front of the pigeon house by the car park.
