Sowore Reveals What Is Really Happening To Tinubu In France-“They Are Fooling Nigerians” President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's stay in France has triggered a fresh political controversy after African Action Congress presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore alleged that the Nigerian president is receiving medical treatment in France rather than simply spending his annual vacation. Sowore also questioned the President's occasional public appearances and compared what he described as the current situation to the way the administrations of former Presidents Umaru Musa Yar'Adua and Muhammadu Buhari handled periods of presidential illness. However, the allegation has not been independently verified. The Presidency has maintained that Tinubu travelled to Europe for his annual leave and described the trip as a working vacation. The State House has also reported Tinubu's meetings in Paris, including a private dinner with French President Emmanuel Macron. This video examines Sowore's claims, the Presidency's explanation, Tinubu's France trip and the wider controversy surrounding the President's absence from Nigeria.
