There were some errors and here are my reflections post performance: 1. When performing dances traditionally accompanied by live music, rehearsing with recorded music is important in order to connect with the piece’s rhythm. 2. Enough time for warm-ups and consistent practice are crucial. During this recent performance, I struggled to control my fingers, which resisted maintaining the necessary arched position.
