One of Hampshire's Best Kept Running Secrets

This time, Nick and I headed out on a social run to Caesar's Camp, one of the highest points in Hampshire, for a run packed with history, woodland trails and some stunning local countryside. It was a challenging climb to the top, but we were rewarded with an epic view of the London skyline in the distance. Our route also took us past the Wellington Statue, along the beautiful Basingstoke Canal, and sections of the Wellesley Woodland Walk, offering a fantastic mix of forest, open heathland and historic landmarks. As always, there was plenty of banter along the way... and with perfect timing (pun intended), this turned out to be the last outing for Nick's ancient car, whose timing belt failed the very next day!
