Spinach Chicken Recipe | Easy & Delicious Chicken Gravy

Hello friends! ❤️ Today I’m sharing a simple and delicious Spinach Chicken recipe made with fresh spinach, chicken, onion, coriander, mint and a few basic spices. This easy chicken gravy is full of flavour and goes perfectly with rice, roti, chapati or bread. The spinach adds a lovely taste and colour to the dish, making it a perfect homemade meal for the whole family. 🌿 Ingredients: Chicken Chopped spinach Onion Green chillies Ginger & garlic Coriander leaves Mint leaves Cinnamon Cloves Pepper Oil Salt 🍗 In this recipe, we lightly fry the spices, onion, ginger, garlic, coriander and mint, grind them finely, then add chopped spinach and grind it coarsely. The mixture is then cooked together with the chicken to make a delicious spinach chicken gravy.
