Matkov Škaf

Dropping into Matkov škaf! 🏔️❄️Starting deep in the secluded valley of Matkov kot, we hiked up to see one of the most unique natural wonders in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps: Matkov škaf! This giant, crater-like snow cauldron is carved out every year by a melting waterfall. But we didn't just look at it from the edge—we geared up, descended straight into the heart of the pit, and ice climbed our way back out!
