We have even found some regal sounding music to accompany. It is sweet but so light that you'll definitely come back for seconds. It has a custard base with breadcrumbs for extra substance, a layer of fruit jam then topped with silky meringue. (Mine may have been slightly over-whipped but my cameraman wanted me to keep going to get the right shot!)
