Restoring an Old Fishing Cabin by the River | Part 2

I returned to the old fishing cabin by the river to continue the restoration I started on my previous trip. Last time, this place was little more than ruins. I repaired the walls, made a simple sleeping area, brought the stove back to life, and turned the remains of the cabin into a dry shelter for the night. This time, I wanted to make it feel like a real home. I built a solid wooden door, installed a window, added a small terrace in front of the cabin, and improved the stove so the inside would stay warm and comfortable during cold nights. Little by little, this forgotten place is changing. What once looked abandoned and almost lost is now becoming a cozy riverside shelter where I can return, rest, and enjoy the silence of the wilderness. By evening, the cabin felt completely different—warm, dry, and welcoming. There is still more work ahead, but this old fishing cabin has already been given a second life.
