Walking Through a Nostalgic Port Town in Wakayama, Japan 🌈📷 This time, I visited Shimotsu, a quiet old port town in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. As I wandered through the town, I found myself getting lost in its maze-like narrow alleys and tiny stairways. The scenery felt as if time had stopped somewhere in the Showa era (1926–1989) — old houses, weathered walls, quiet corners, and little streets that seemed to hold stories from another time. Almost everywhere I looked, I found something wonderfully photogenic. I couldn't help stopping again and again to take photos. 📷✨ Then, halfway through my walk, it suddenly started to rain. But after climbing up to a spot overlooking the whole village, something beautiful appeared — a rainbow stretching across the sky. 🌈 Maybe tomorrow really will bring something good.
