English you can fall asleep to. Ryan tells Emma about a rainy Thursday evening at home: a slow ride home by the river, warm socks, his mom's vegetable soup, a video call with his brother, and a good book in bed. After every part, the most useful sentences come back slowly, more than once. You don't need to speak, and you don't need to remember anything. Just listen. 👉 Just listen and relax. If you're still awake at the end, tell us in the comments: "A small thing that makes my evening good is ___."
