English you can fall asleep to. Ryan tells Emma about a slow Sunday morning: no alarm, the red mug, no bread in the kitchen, the bakery on the corner, an old bike and the rain. After every part, the most useful sentences come back slowly, more than once. You don't need to speak, and you don't need to remember anything. Just listen.
👉 Just listen and relax. If you're still awake at the end, tell us in the comments:
"A good day for me is ___."
