Manu Smriti is a systematic study of one of India's foundational spiritual and legal texts. These discourses aim to uncover the deep philosophical truths and practical wisdom contained within our scriptures, guiding seekers toward a life of clarity, devotion, and self-realization. Every religion stands on four pillars: philosophy, rituals, mythology, and a code of conduct. In the Hindu tradition, these pillars find their source and sustenance in the Vedas. Manu Smriti serves as the preeminent law book (Dharma Shastra), systematically arranging the dharmas (code of conduct) scattered across Vedic texts. It supplements and clarifies the Vidhi (prescribed actions) and Nishedha (prohibitions) found in the Vedas, regulating national, social, family, and individual obligations.
