Antagonizing an Ex

The plaintiff says the defendant is her estranged husband. She claims he had her and her son arrested, claiming they were threatening him. She says when she got out of jail, all her belongings were gone, along with $1,800 in cash. She’s suing him for the items. The defendant claims the plaintiff is making it all up. case 29-351
