We walk through the town, explore its streets and surroundings, meet local characters and discover the small businesses, producers, food and agricultural traditions that give Qartaba its identity. And this is exactly what makes traveling through Lebanon so exciting. Every village has something different to tell us. Behind a door can be a family recipe passed down through generations. Along a mountain road, we can meet a farmer working the same land his family cultivated before him. Inside a small shop or workshop, we discover people preserving traditions while finding new ways to keep their villages alive.
