INGREDIENTS 1 kg leg of lamb 8 large potatoes 2 large tomatoes,each cut in quarters 2 tablespoons dried oregano 1/3 glass olive oil 2 large onions sliced 3 bay leaves 3 cloves of garlic sliced 3 sprigs of rosemary 2 cloves 1 teaspoon salt 10 peppercorns crushed 1 glass dry white wine Extra salt, pepper and oregano for seasoning.
