The dash, old cabin wiring and windshield glass are out of my 1971 Ford Bronco—but the body isn’t coming off yet. A trial lift showed the tub starting to flex, so the next step is welding the door-opening braces before we try again. In Episode 7, we work through dash removal, clear the old wiring, remove the windshield glass and prepare the brace attachment areas. I also explain why I’m keeping and cleaning up the windshield frame instead of removing it. The fuel tank, parking brake, rear bumper and body bolts were removed off camera. This episode includes my progress recap, but those removal steps weren’t filmed. The body remains on the frame, and brace welding is still ahead. I’m Corey, restoring my grandfather’s 1971 Bronco. AI helps with research, planning and documenting the build; I verify the advice and make the decisions in the shop.
