I’m BARITO, and this time I walked into a small Kurdish village with no plan — and found myself welcomed into an old bread-making tradition that has been passed down for generations. What started as a simple walk through Haji Qayir village turned into a beautiful day with local women, traditional bread, and unforgettable moments with the people who keep this tradition alive. ──────────────────────── I arrived at Haji Qayir village near Baneh, Kurdistan, with no idea what I would discover. While exploring the village, I came across a group of women preparing Kulira (Kolira), a traditional Kurdish bread, using an old clay oven method. I joined them as they prepared the dough, shaped the bread by hand, added the special mixture, and placed it into the traditional oven. From young women to elders, everyone welcomed me with kindness and shared their knowledge, laughter, and stories. Sitting together after making the bread, we shared fresh Kulira with local yogurt and talked about their lives, their names, and their memories. These simple moments showed me the beauty of village life — where traditions are not only preserved, but lived every day. Later, I continued exploring Haji Qayir village, meeting local children, listening to a young villager’s beautiful Kurdish song, and visiting gardens where villagers grow fresh vegetables like cucumbers and peppers. No script. No staged scenes. Just a real journey, real people, and the unexpected moments that happen along the way. ──────────────────────── 📍 Haji Qayir Village — Baneh, Kurdistan, Iran ──────────────────────── If you enjoy authentic village stories, traditional cultures, and real human connections, subscribe to BARITO and join me on more journeys: 🔔 Subscribe to BARITO:    / @barito_zgs   ──────────────────────── BARITO is a documentary channel focused on real people, hidden villages, traditional lifestyles, and the stories that are often missed.
