Hiking the Fairmont Ridge Trail

The Fairmont Ridge Hiking Trail is an unpaved network of stacked loops located just north of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, offering a mix of short walks and challenging treks through an old-growth Acadian forest. Winding past flowing brooks, wooden footbridges, and a quiet beaver pond, the singletrack paths climb steep ridges and descend into deep ravines to reveal panoramic lookouts over Antigonish Harbour and St. George's Bay.
