Don’t Quit on God — He Hasn’t Quit on You

What do you do when you don’t know how this is going to end? When you're stuck in the middle of the diagnosis, the broken relationship, the financial pressure, the struggle with your faith, or the failure you promised yourself would never happen again? In Luke 22, Jesus tells Peter that his faith is about to be tested. Peter is confident he will never fail Jesus—but Jesus already knows what is coming. And before Peter ever falls, Jesus is already praying for him and already talking about his restoration. Your failure may surprise you. It does not surprise Jesus. The middle can shake your faith, but it doesn't mean God has abandoned you. God is still sanctifying you, still working in you, and still carrying His work toward completion. You don't have to carry the outcome. Carry your responsibility and surrender the outcome to God. Don't quit on God—not because you're strong enough to hold onto Him, but because He's strong enough to hold onto you. God is not finished with you.
