Can I conquer Shinkula Pass at 16,580 FT? Continuing my Solo Kolkata to Ladakh Road Trip, this episode takes me from Jispa towards one of the biggest challenges of my entire journey — Shinkula Pass. The higher I climb, the more challenging the journey becomes. After getting sick during my previous high-altitude experience, reaching 16,580 ft becomes much more than just another mountain drive. Through steep mountain roads, sharp bends, endless hairpin turns and breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, I continue my journey towards Shinkula Pass. And when I finally cross the pass, the moment becomes one of the most emotional experiences of my entire solo road trip. This is not the end of my journey to Padum.
