Yoga Poses with StarSea: Bow Pose

Welcome to week 41 of this 53 week yoga pose series. Please excuse the low volume of my voice. There was a slight wind coming off the ocean. But with using a mini mic, I thought it would be fine. I’m not sure the mic was even working. Maybe it was and the background noise was that disruptive. Practicing Bow pose reminds me that my intentions for what I am thinking and doing is important, not how something looks. 😁🩷
