This Japanese soufflé cake is unbelievably soft, light and cloud-like! ☁️ Made with just a few simple ingredients, the secret is separating the eggs and whipping the whites until they become a stiff, airy meringue before folding everything together. The result? A soft, fluffy cake with a texture that feels almost like eating a cloud. If you love experimenting with unusual cakes and simple recipes, this one is worth trying. INGREDIENTS 3 eggs 50g flour 30g sugar 35ml oil 50ml milk 1 tsp flavour 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice Baking powder METHOD Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the egg yolks with milk, oil and flavour. Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth and lump-free. Whisk the egg whites with the vinegar or lemon juice. Gradually add the sugar and continue whisking until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the meringue until combined. Pour into a cake pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until done. Would you try a cake this soft? Tell me in the comments. ☁️ #JapaneseSouffleCake #SouffleCake #CloudCake #JustBatter #CakeRecipe
