Final Fantasy VII EP 08 Yuffie Joins the Party

After the story in Kalm, we start this episode outside town and head toward the Chocobo Farm. First things first: we watch the legendary Chocobo dance and pick up the Choco/Mog Summon. NICE. From there, we learn how to catch and ride a Chocobo, then make our way across the marsh while avoiding the massive shadow lurking nearby. Once we reach the other side, we find something shocking: a giant snake impaled on a tree. Whatever did that, it definitely feels like Sephiroth is far ahead of us. We press on through the caves, run into the Turks, and accidentally learn that Sephiroth is headed toward Junon. After making it through the cave, we continue across the world map and find a mysterious stranger hiding in the trees. The first attempt does not exactly go great…but the next time, we play it right and gain a new party member: Yuffie. With Yuffie now joining the journey, we make our way toward a nearby fort and prepare to see what happens next.
