Nokia Ruled the Mobile Phone World. Then Everything Changed.

Nokia once sold more phones than anyone on Earth. Then the smartphone changed the rules, and the world's mobile leader lost its crown in just a few years. This business documentary traces Nokia's journey from a Finnish industrial conglomerate to the king of mobile phones, the software problem it never solved, the 2007 shock, the "burning platform" memo, the bet on Windows Phone, the sale of its phone business to Microsoft, and the reinvention that followed. A story about dominance, platform shifts, and why seeing the future is not the same as getting there first.
