Some contain sugar and some use various artificial sweeteners (which some people are sensitive to), so choose one that suits your needs and palate. This may take a bit of trial and error. For those with severe POTS or orthostatic symptoms, it’s best to see a specialist who can advise you which mineral combination and dosage is best for your unique situation.
