Living my life of in the moment lushness afloat, I'm exploring the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal. Set in the heart of the Brecon Beacons national park. Watch this episode as I cruise though the Brecon Beacons national park towards the town of Brecon and the end of the canal. From there I turn around and head south during a heat wave and find ways to stay cool. A swim in the river at sunset! And what an honour to witness, the change over of the 2026 commonwealth games relay baton directly outside my boat! I head off down the locks, over an aqueduct and through a very low tunnel were I have a feeling I'm being followed and its a bit of a tight squeeze as the tunnel roof closes in!
