Welcome to Osama Jalali’s Food World ❤️ Today we're making one of the simplest yet most delicious traditional meat dishes — Namak Boti. With just mutton, salt and slow cooking, this recipe proves that great flavor doesn't always need a long list of spices. The meat is first fried until beautifully browned, then slow-cooked in its own juices before being crisped up again for a rich and satisfying texture. A true celebration of the natural taste of mutton. 🥣 Ingredients • Mutton – 1 kg • Salt – 1.5 tbsp • Oil – for frying 👨‍🍳 Method Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pan. Add the mutton and fry until a deep brown crust develops. Remove the browned mutton and keep aside. In the same pan, add water to the remaining oil. Return the mutton to the pan and add salt. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes or until the meat becomes tender. Once the water evaporates and only oil remains, fry the mutton again until crisp. Sprinkle a little extra salt before serving. Serve hot. ⭐ Why You'll Love This Recipe • Only a few ingredients required • Highlights the natural taste of mutton • Crispy outside, tender inside • Traditional desi style cooking • Perfect with naan, roti or as a starter #NamakBoti #MuttonRecipe #MuttonFry #DesiFood #TraditionalRecipe #IndianNonVeg #MuttonLovers #OsamaJalali #IndianFood
