[TAS] Yume 2kki: All Effects 27:20 IGT

I feel like Sisyphus when a new All Effects route gets made. Besides that, this new All Effects TAS has a substantially different route from the last one. While it may seem like this new TAS is only 39 seconds faster, it's actually more aboute 1 minute as the old ones had a bug with the english translation of the game which made every run about 25 seconds faster than they were supposed to be. Huge shoutouts to the 2kki speedrunnning community (‪@brill4rill764‬ in particular) for making the crazy route used here. This wouldn't be possible without them! Played on version 0.125h
