Handstands - breaking up with perfectionism

Bit of an improvised video! I originally just went out to film some handstands, but ended up sharing some of my thoughts, based on my own experience, on some of the main issues I see with how people approach their handstand training. I’ll probably make a more in-depth version of this at some point, touching on things like comparison, lack of motivation, and a few other topics. Anyways, hope you enjoy it!
