Dallas: J.R. & Vaughn talk/Jock’s new role in South America

Season 5 Episode 6: The Big Shut Down Although he has agreed to meet with J.R., Vaughn has his doubts about doing business with him again, since he hasn’t forgotten the embarrassment J.R. put him through regarding the Asian oil well deal. However, J.R. states that Vaughn made a profit on account of him getting the oil wells back. Vaughn decides to give him 24 hours to come up with the loan. Dave states that Jock is about leaving Miss Ellie for long, but she says that things will be fine. Dave explains to the family that Jock had to in South America indefinitely while setting up a new oil industry down there.
