Acid Roads – The Sessions is a double album by Pol Paxx, released on 2026. Conceived as a double vinyl record inspired by the atmosphere and spirit of 1967, the album unfolds as a journey through acid rock, modern blues, psychedelic sounds and cinematic atmospheres. Disc 2 is the second act of the journey, moving deeper into more visionary and psychedelic territory. The songs explore memory, identity, chance, parallel lives, inner storms and the uncertain space between reality and hallucination. The Echo Kept Calling Me Back opens the second disc with the past returning as an insistent voice. From there, the journey moves through chance and destiny in Life Is a Game of Dice, the emotional minimalism of Fifty Meters of Silence and the hidden truths of In the Back. Time itself begins to fracture in Braided in Time, while Between the Road and the Sea occupies the space between escape and return. Snowstorm Rising brings the inner storm to its emotional peak, followed by the enigmatic Manual Written in Smoke. The final stretch becomes increasingly cinematic: Follow Us to the Station, Boys turns into a gritty street anthem, Who Are You confronts identity directly, and Lonely Shadows in Town enters a noir landscape of empty streets and solitary figures.
