Pol Paxx - In the City of Dreams (Full Album) In the City of Dreams is the third album by Pol Paxx, released in 2024. Following the classic rock influences of The Point of No Return (2021) and the more psychedelic and cosmic atmosphere of Light Years Away (2022), this album marks another step in Pol Paxx's musical evolution. The album moves freely across different musical territories, blending rock, psychedelic pop, electronic textures, rap, ballad and experimental elements. Rather than following a single genre, In the City of Dreams reflects a deliberately open approach to songwriting and production. The album takes place in a dreamlike city where reality can change shape: streets become rivers, parks replace roads, and familiar places turn into something unexpected. This imaginary city becomes the setting for songs that explore identity, relationships, inner conflict, dreams and existential questions. Technology also becomes an important part of the creative process. Digital tools and artificial intelligence are used not simply as production tools, but as part of the artistic experimentation behind the album. Stars in my head (AI extension rmx) is a direct example of this approach, with the song reworked through Artificial Intelligence. The album also introduces the musical alter ego Pol Paxx as a distinct character — a figure represented by the white face, hat and dark glasses who appears throughout the project's visual identity.
