Does your podcast need video?

Should my podcast be on video or not? It's one of the questions I get asked the most, and I see people get so stuck on it that they don't start at all. In this episode I'm answering it for you. My agency makes both audio and video podcasts, so I'm not picking a side because it suits me. I've got one number on how much of an episode actually gets listened to or watched, audio versus video, and once you hear it the decision gets a lot easier. There's also hot off the press news on long form video on Instagram, launched yesterday, and what it means for your pod shot. Then one thing to do today. New episodes every weekday.
