Larch for XAFS Analysis 11: Feff Fitting #3, palladium oxide

In this video, we run Feff on palladium oxide, read in and process XAFS data to chi(k), and run Feffit with 3 scattering paths for Pd-O and 2 Pd-Pd paths, explore some of the options for doing Feff-fitting, including testing constraining parameters and testing whether a third cumulant is helpful for improving the fit quality.
