Traveling With Chronic Illness | Everything I Pack for a Local Trip

Apparently traveling two hours away requires the same amount of preparation as flying across the country when your body is ✨high maintenance✨. 😂 In this week’s vlog, I’m traveling locally for work — but “local” doesn’t exactly mean pack light. I’m bringing my medication bag, my own pillow + black blanket, robe, slippers, comfy clothes, and all the little things that make being away from home more manageable. This is one of those parts of living with complex health issues that people don’t always see. Sometimes being able to go somewhere and participate means bringing a little version of home with you — even when you’re not going very far. If you live with chronic illness, dysautonomia/POTS, autoimmune disease, ME/CFS, hypermobility, or another condition that makes traveling a whole production… what’s the one thing you absolutely refuse to travel without? ♡ Subscribe for more real-life vlogs about navigating health, work, travel, and everything in between. #ChronicIllness #ChronicIllnessVlog #TravelWithChronicIllness Links: Med bag video:    • The Medical Go Bag Every Spoonie Needs | C...   Portable Theragun: https://link.amazon/B07ejhUnw Blood pressure cuff: https://amzn.to/48BQdKE Thermometer: https://amzn.to/4i227jv Small travel case: https://amzn.to/47ZVklI Large double layer travel case: https://amzn.to/48clzqp Medical go duffel bag: https://amzn.to/3LMZmX7 Compression gloves: https://amzn.to/47LA3xu Compression wrist sleeves: https://amzn.to/47JgHcg Compression elbow sleeves: https://amzn.to/43vNrDe Compression ankle sleeves: https://amzn.to/3Xwe5bC Battery-powered hand warmers: https://amzn.to/4nY3K34 Shower wipes: https://amzn.to/3LJC6JB Face masks: https://amzn.to/4r23WRB Cooling towel: https://amzn.to/4pc0NwI Heated wrist wraps: https://amzn.to/4i7Q1pc Portable urinal: https://amzn.to/43wUjAk Instant Cold Pack: https://link.amazon/B0gi0fpIr Lola Blankets: https://lolablankets.com/products/mid...
