Florida 10 Biggest Megaprojects Under Construction in 2027 — The State That Won’t Stop Growing

In 2022, about 1,640 new residents arrived in Florida every day. By 2025, it was about 551. So why is the state still raising a 1,049-foot tower, rebuilding an NFL stadium and pouring billions into new roads, rockets and water? We count down Florida’s 10 biggest megaprojects under construction in 2027, ranked by price. There’s a six-arch bridge in Miami running five years late, a 2.3 billion dollar ballpark racing a lease that runs out after 2028, and a Starship launch tower rising next to the pad that sent Apollo to the Moon. And at number 1, the most expensive project in the state won’t hold a single resident. It’s built to hold 78 billion gallons of water. #MegaScale #Florida #Megaprojects #Infrastructure #Construction #SpaceCoast #Everglades #Engineering
