08/22/2026- OALC 24kg 10'

24kg, 10' one arm long cycle, 1 hand switch Bah. Thought I would do better. it was going ok I guess but right side didn't last as long as I had hoped, then when I switched to left side things really started to fall apart, even in rack position I was slipping out of place, almost dropped bell fee times, small balance things ,etc. worst of all, I gave up with only about one minute left. it was on left side and I really didn't feel like I was able to hold the bell safely anymore, but then again... only one minute. blah. time to just count the reps and see I guess. EDIT: 80 reps. Fuck. 85 and it would qualify for world championship. I definitely had 5 more if I hadn't stopped for the last minute.
