Zöe Franklin questions Minister on Civil Service pension delays

House of Commons, 6th July 2026 - Guildford MP, Zöe Franklin, raises the case of her Guildford constituent, Anita, who was widowed suddenly in December 2025 and had been caused financial distress due to Capita failing to calculate her lump sum pension payments. As a result of Zöe raising Anita's case in Parliament, it has now been reslolved - but Capita pension issues continue. Zöe presses the Minister on what he's doing to ensure that people like Anita are not left living in hardship.
