Psalm 67 — So the World May Know “For Your way to be known on earth, Your deliverance among all nations.” — Psalm 67:2, TS2009 “So the World May Know” is an International World-Folk song inspired by Psalm 67—a prayer asking Yahweh to bless us so that His way may become known throughout the earth. Yahweh’s blessings are not meant to stop with us. His mercy should shape the way we live. Our words should be honest. Our choices should reflect wisdom. Our treatment of others should reveal kindness, justice and love. Our feet should walk according to His Torah. We can speak about Yahweh’s goodness, but our daily walk should make those words believable. “Bless us so the world may know You. Let our choices show the mercy You have faithfully shown.” Psalm 67 also reminds us that Yahweh provides what human hands cannot produce. We can work the ground. We can plant the seed. We can care for what He has placed before us. But we cannot command the rain or make the roots grow. Our responsibility is to carry faithfully what belongs in our hands and trust Yahweh with what only He can accomplish. “Yahweh gives what hands cannot give. Yahweh brings the harvest home.” This song blends acoustic guitar, oud, ney flute, West African kora, hand percussion, Irish fiddle and cello. Instruments from different musical traditions join in one purpose—reflecting Psalm 67’s call for every people, language and nation to praise Yahweh. Let His way become known—beginning with the way we walk today. 🌍 International World Folk 🎙️ Deep, mature older male vocal 🪕 Acoustic guitar, oud and West African kora 🎻 Irish fiddle and warm cello 🥁 Hand drums and light percussion 📖 Inspired by Psalm 67, TS2009 🕊️ Torah-centered Messianic music From Songs Along the Way.
