Italian Bike Festival 2026: Unreleased Bikes and Pure Italian Bike Passion: Part 1

For the first time, I visited the Italian Bike Festival (IBF). After a day of dashing around the show on the grounds of the Misano World Circuit, it has now jumped to the top spot of my favourite bike shows. Three days of bike tech were on offer for thouse who could manage walking the pits and paddocks. All the major Italian brands were on show; many smaller Italian brands were there too, including some I thought had fallen by the wayside. Events like this are really taking chunks out of Eurobike, the once-giant of the industry. Consumer-led, with routes for MTB, gravel, and road bikes to test on the grounds, and a wonderful vibe all added up to an event I will return to in 2027.
