Ten moves, two rounds, 1 pairs of dumbbells. That's the whole thing. This one's a little heavier than what I usually put up here. Legs first while you've still got something in the tank — staggered squats and single leg deadlifts on both sides — then push, pull, hinge, press to finish. No repeats until round two, so you're not standing there dreading the same move coming back. I'm using 40s for almost everything and a 50 for the sumo deadlift. Go lighter. Seriously. The single leg work will humble you before the weight does. 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest. 40 seconds between rounds. Find your perfect workout plan in the TIFFxDAN App! Let me know in the comments what weight you used. I'm curious where people are landing on this one. DISCLAIMER: Before starting any workout, consult your doctor to ensure it's safe for you.
