If you're 35 and over and your joints talk to you when you lift, these are the three grips I keep in my gym.
One for pulling, one for pushing, one for squeezing.
They take the load off the joint and put the focus back into the muscle.
When I first opened this gym I went at it like a kid in a candy store. I flipped open my old Arnold encyclopedia, I was bench pressing two and three times a week, and I destroyed my elbow. I couldn't press. Pulling hurt too. I went looking for answers and I found the Angles90 grips, and the first time I went back up on a pull there was no pain. That is why this video exists.
None of these fix an injury. I'm not a physio and that's outside my pay grade. What they do is make the lifts easier on you, and for me that was the difference between training and not training.
Which one would you put on first, and what lift would you put it on? Questions, comments, concerns, I'm here for you.
THE GRIPS IN THIS VIDEO
I have trained on these myself before I ever put them in front of a client. Nobody sponsors me. These are affiliate links, so if you buy through one the channel earns a small cut at no extra cost to you, and that never changes what I recommend.

ON THE GRIP STRENGTH RESEARCH
The study behind what I read out: Leong DP, Teo KK, Rangarajan S, et al. "Prognostic value of grip strength: findings from the Prospective Urban Rural Epidemiology (PURE) study." The Lancet, 2015, volume 386, pages 266 to 273. Nearly 140,000 adults across 17 countries. Grip strength predicted all cause death and cardiovascular death, and predicted it more strongly than systolic blood pressure did. Worth saying plainly: the study shows grip strength predicts risk, it does not show that training your grip changes it.
