I get up at 5:45, commute an hour and a half each way to the office, and still train with dance crews twice a week and am starting a business on the side. This is one full week, filmed exactly as it happened. Nothing here is aspirational. Wedneday I eat dinner out of a bottle on the motorway because training doesn't finish until 10pm. Thursday I don't get out of bed until 9 because I'm wrecked from Wednesday. Sunday I cook four meals in one go so the rest of the week can run without me thinking about it. The whole thing works on one principle: decide once, then stop deciding. Meals are planned on Thursday and cooked onSunday. Evenings are allocated before the week starts - Monday is training and therapy, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are projects, Wednesday and Saturday are dance. When a slot exists, I don't negotiate with myself about it. I'm not claiming it's balanced. I'm showing you what it costs to keep all of it.
