In this episode we start our journey from the peaceful hills of Pedong and drive through one of the most spectacular mountain roads in India – the legendary Silk Route of East Sikkim. Our route today takes us from Pedong to Rongli, then climbing the famous Zuluk loops with more than 30 crazy hairpin bends. From there we continue towards the breathtaking high-altitude landscape of Gnathang Valley and finally reach the mysterious Baba Mandir. The Silk Route was once an ancient trade route connecting India and Tibet, and today it offers one of the most scenic road trips in the Himalayas.
