WoW Forever Might Be Exactly What Brings Me Back

I thought I was done with World of Warcraft. I started playing WoW years ago and, especially around the Wrath of the Lich King era and afterward, the game became a much bigger part of my life than it probably should have been. Eventually I managed to walk away from it and move on. Then WoW Classic released in 2019. Like a lot of former players, nostalgia pulled me right back in. I got to experience that old version of Azeroth again, played heavily for a while, eventually burned myself out, and once again left World of Warcraft behind. I genuinely thought that was probably the end of my time with WoW. And now there's WoW Forever. In this video I wanted to talk about my history with World of Warcraft, why I've had such a complicated relationship with the game, what I think about WoW Forever, and whether this might actually be the thing that convinces me to return to Azeroth again. This isn't meant to be a news breakdown or a hype video. It's just the perspective of somebody who loved WoW, played way too much WoW, left WoW, came back to WoW, burned out on WoW... and somehow still gets that feeling when something like this comes along.
