Friend Reveals Boyfriend Was ‘Slurring’ Before Teen’s Murder

Devon Krol, a friend of both Sophie and Cooper Ouellette, took the stand to discuss the night of May 20, 2023. He stated that after he went to a prom, he showed up at a party where sophie and Cooper were at before her death. Devon stated that Cooper was drinking and he was “slurring his words and falling over himself.” He detailed the drinks that he saw Cooper having at the party. He also noted that he saw Cooper push Sophie into his truck before they left the party.
